I actually started off my Christmas holidays by snapping my camera's SD card in half... yep, it's all gone... I do have some photos on my phone and a bunch of prototype experiments to illustrate my posts but I'll need to re-take official photos of the house in January.
Rather than focusing on that unexpected blunder, I jumped into all things Christmas with the Belmont house. It's been so fun to finally dig out all the miniatures I've had stashed away for years, just waiting for a house to display.
The tree is inspired by @Allieshouse on instgram. She took a Lemax village tree and bulked it out with extra needles. After discussing it with her I went and took my old miniature tree from a couple years ago and took it apart, putting the needles in the new base. I love the shape the Lemax tree creates! Next year I'll get some real miniature lights.
I hope you all have a happy and safe holiday! Sending lots of love to you all! Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas! Love your little tree. And I'm so sorry about your SD card. That can be so painful.
